Tennessee Bureau of Investigation - As introduced, requires the TBI to submit a report on the amount of money collected for background checks associated with firearm sales in excess of the costs associated with conducting the background checks to the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives and the judiciary committee of the senate by March 1, rather than February 1, of each year. - Amends TCA Title 39.
