Purchasing and Procurement - As enacted, increases the threshold, from $10,000 to $25,000, above which sealed bids are required by a city chartered under the city manager-commission general law charter; increases the threshold, from $10,000 to $25,000, below which the board of commissioners in such city may delegate the approval of contracts to the city manager. - Amends TCA Section 6-19-104.
