Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As enacted, prohibits a dental benefit plan from containing restrictions on methods of payment from the dental benefit plan or its vendors to the dentist in which the only acceptable payment method is a credit card payment; makes other changes to dental benefit plans. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
