On that date, another employee was walking toward the restroom near “one of the hallways by [the] maintenance tech office.” Tr. Vol. III p. 50. The employee found a small black bag on the floor, and the bag contained a white substance, which was later identified as methamphetamine. The employee opened the bag and immediately took it to his supervisor, who took the bag to the general manager, Thomas Crane.
