Frye was a friend of Stepfather. E.S. went upstairs to her bedroom and began to talk to her boyfriend on a social media app. Frye and I.S. soon went to E.S.’s bedroom as well. Frye gave E.S. a hug, but his hands were lower and closer to E.S.’s buttocks than when he usually hugged her. E.S. asked Frye to pop her back, which he did.
