White pleaded guilty to dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony, and the State dismissed the Level 1 felony charge. In April 2024, the trial court sentenced White to six years in the DOC, all suspended to probation. The trial court placed White “on a zero (0) tolerance policy with Probation.” Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 36.
