Bowman’s sixteen-year-old daughter (“Daughter”) witnessed the battery and went outside to phone her older sister (“Sister”). On her way to Bowman’s house, Sister phoned 911 and her brother, Bowman’s stepson (“Stepson”). Stepson came to the house to confront Bowman about striking Wife.
