A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION directing the establishment of the Kentucky Restoration of Voting Rights Task Force.
Establish the Kentucky Restoration of Voting Rights Task Force to review, study, and recommend language for a constitutional amendment or statutory change to restore voting rights to individuals with felony convictions who have completed their sentences; establish task force membership; require the task force to submit a report with recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2025.
