Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Blocking CCP Spy Tech Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. DETERMINATION OF NATIONAL SECURITY RISK POSED BY CERTAIN COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. (a) In General.--Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, an appropriate national security agency shall determine if any communications equipment and services described in subsection (b) pose an unacceptable risk to the national security of the United States or the security and safety of United States persons. (b) Communications Equipment and Services Described.--The communications equipment or services described in this subsection are any communications equipment or service produced or provided by-- (1) Game Science Interactive Co., Ltd.; (2) Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd. (commonly known as ``DeepSeek''); (3) Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. (commonly known as ``Unitree Robotics''); (4) Hangzhou Yunshenchu Technology Co., Ltd. (commonly known as ``DEEP Robotics'')
