Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``At Home Observation and Medical Evaluation Services Act of 2026'' or the ``At HOME Services Act''. SEC. 2. DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM FOR HOSPITALS TO PROVIDE OUTPATIENT OBSERVATION SERVICES TO MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES AT HOME. Title XVIII of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.) is amended by inserting after section 1866G the following new section: ``SEC. 1866H.
