Directs the commissioner of health require reporting of alpha-gal syndrome as a communicable disease

Directs the commissioner of health to adopt regulations to include alpha-gal syndrome on the list of communicable diseases that shall be required to be reported to the health officer of the local health district where such disease occurs, or to the department of health.
