Relates to Scouting America and Girl Scouts of the USA recruitment

Authorizes an appropriate school administrator to allow an official member or members of Scouting America and Girl Scouts of the USA, upon request, to enter the school for the purpose of Scouting America and Girl Scouts of the USA recruitment.
