Relates to collection of social security account numbers for registration with the New York state donate life registry

Authorizes insurers to collect social security account numbers solely for the purpose of effectuating, verifying, or amending an individual's donor registration status in the New York state donate life registry; prohibits use of such information other than for such purposes.
