During the visit, Harris smoked marijuana and used methamphetamine with Judd while the Judd and Harris children played in Judd’s children’s bedroom. Judd possessed liquid methadone, which he kept in a baby bottle stored in his bedroom closet. Harris was aware that methadone was in the home before the visit because he had discussed it with Judd previously.
