Lolkema, who was driving a vehicle owned by Donald Webb, was in the process of stopping at the time of the contact and was moving at a speed of approximately “[t]wo to three miles per hour.” Tr. Vol. III p. 129. The contact caused minor damage to Vukadinovich’s vehicle, leaving a small dent in the rear bumper.
