AN ACT relating to nonsubstantive review of certificate of need.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B allowing certain local governments to request nonsubstantive review for certificate of need for provision of services; mandate 30 days for approval; repeal KRS 216B.010, relating to the legislative findings and purpose of KRS Chapter 216B.
