AN ACT relating to contracts for the improvement of real estate.

Amend KRS 371.160 to increase the threshold for the creation of escrow accounts for real estate improvement contracts from $500,000 to $2,000,000; amend KRS 371.405 to prohibit the waiver by contract of any provision of KRS 371.160.
