AN ACT relating to minimum wage exceptions and declaring an emergency.

Amend KRS 337.010 to amend the definition of "employee" to exempt baseball players who are compensated pursuant to the terms of a contract and a collective bargaining agreement that expressly provides for wages and working conditions.
