Create a new section of KRS Chapter 27A to require the Administrative Office of the Courts to establish and maintain a crime victim notification system; establish requirements of the system; establish authority to contract with a third-party vendor if required in compliance with the procurement process of the Administrative Office of the Courts; APPROPRIATION.
