AN ACT relating to application fees for the rental of residential real property.

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 383 to require a landlord to disclose to a tenant the number of available rental units prior to collecting an application fee; prohibit a landlord from charging an application fee if there is no rental unit available; require a refund upon request if a prohibited application fee is charged.
