Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Inhibiting Militant Adversarial Mullahs Act''. SEC. 2. LIMITATION ON R VISAS FOR LEADERS OF CERTAIN RELIGIOUS DENOMINATIONS. Section 214 of the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(s) Limitation on R Visas for Leaders of Certain Religious Denominations.--An alien may not be admitted under section 101(a)(15)(R) if the alien has any of the following titles: ``(1) Imam or grand imam. ``(2) Shaykha. ``(3) Mufti or grand mufti. ``(4) Ayatollah or grand ayatollah.''. <all>
