AN ACT relating to honey.

Amend KRS 217.187 to increase the yearly yield of pure and unadultered Kentucky honey sold from 150 gallons to 500 gallons before requiring a person to process the honey in a certified honey house or seek a permit from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
