AN ACT relating to paternity in domestic violence actions.

Amend KRS 403.725 to grant a court authority to make a determination of paternity when issuing orders of protection in domestic violence cases; amend KRS 403.740 to grant a court authority to include a determination of paternity when issuing domestic violence orders.
