At the time, Tabb’s son Dominique, with whom Tabb does “not get along well,” was at Jones’s home for a weekly card game. Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 12. Once Tabb arrived at Jones’s home, he and Dominique got into an argument, which turned into a shoving match.
