AN ACT relating to the vaping settlement trust fund.

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 15 to create the vaping settlement trust fund to be administered by the Office of the Attorney General; direct the deposit of certain litigation proceeds into the fund; direct the allowable uses of fund moneys for certain vaping cessation and enforcement efforts.
