AN ACT relating to signage on state-maintained highways.

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 177 to require that border signs on state-maintained highways not display the name of the Governor or Lieutenant Governor; require the Transportation Cabinet to update existing signage within 30 days of the effective date of the Act.
