Shortly after Officer Chapman initiated the stop, Officer Austin Schutter and his K-9 partner, Rocky, arrived. Officer Chapman asked Reynolds to exit the vehicle and asked Officer Schutter to have Rocky perform a “free air sniff” around the exterior of the vehicle. Tr. Vol. II p. 127.
