AN ACT relating to prohibiting the enforcement of a federal ban or regulation of firearms.
Amend KRS 237.105, relating to state and local enforcement of federal bans on firearms on or after January 1, 2021, to change the definition of "federal ban" to mean a federal law, executive order, rule or regulation that is enacted, adopted, or becomes effective on or after December 15, 1791.
