AN ACT relating to the Council on Postsecondary Education.

Amend KRS 164.020 to remove the provision requiring the Council on Postsecondary Education to postpone approval of new programs at state postsecondary institutions that have not met equal educational opportunity goals; amend various sections of KRS Chapter 164 to conform and remove outdated language pertaining to staggering of initial terms.
