During the evening hours of May 18, 2019, Lacey, Cramer, and Cramer’s friend, Katie Nania, went out together, visiting The Deck and Flashbacks.1 Upon arriving at Flashbacks, Cramer hugged and spoke to a friend named Jordan Torrez. Cramer introduced Lacey to Torrez and, shortly thereafter, Lacey said he was going to the restroom.
