Roseboom was Chief of Police for the NCPD from 2013 until his retirement in March of 2018. Cicero, a friend of Chief Roseboom, was hired to be a part-time detective. Colpitts was a member of New Carlisle Town Council until 2016 and is Sue’s brother-in-law and Abbey’s uncle. NCPD Sergeant Whitt was promoted to Sergeant by Chief Roseboom.
