On January 13, 2011, the parties entered into the Radio Agreement, which created “the ‘NCAA Radio Network on Westwood One’” and granted Westwood One the exclusive right to produce and distribute radio broadcasts of certain NCAA championship events, including the Tournament. In exchange, Westwood One agreed to pay the NCAA an annual rights fee (“the Rights Fee”).
