Vol. II p. 109. Bolen’s then-thirteen-year-old daughter was in the vehicle with him. Jeffers observed Bolen drive erratically through a gas station parking lot, almost striking several patrons, before he continued on down the road. Kendallville Police Sergeant Justin Beall was dispatched to the area, arriving in “less than a minute.” Tr. Vol. II p. 120.
