A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION establishing the Cemeteries Across Kentucky Task Force.

Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish the Cemeteries Across Kentucky Task Force to review and make recommendations regarding problem of abandoned cemeteries within the Commonwealth; require the task force to meet monthly during the 2026 legislative interim; outline task force membership; require the task force to submit its findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2026.
