AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Heritage Council and declaring an emergency.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 171 to establish the Kentucky Historic Preservation and Main Street Program fund; specify uses of fund moneys; sunset fund on July 1, 2036; amend KRS 142.400 to transfer revenues from the state transient room taxes equally to the Kentucky Historic Preservation and Main Street Program fund and the tourism, meeting, and convention marketing fund; amend KRS 142.406 and 154.12-280 to conform; EMERGENCY.
