This Act may be cited as the ``Restoring Overtime Pay Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. MINIMUM SALARY THRESHOLD FOR BONA FIDE EXECUTIVE, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL OVERTIME COMPENSATION REQUIREMENTS.
