AN ACT relating to operations within the Department of Corrections and declaring an emergency.

Amend KRS 196.026, relating to organizational units of the Department of Corrections to establish the Division of Cookie Crews Medical Correctional Complex within the Department of Correction's Office of Adult Institutions.
