A controlled buy was set up, the CI was given $300.00, and police followed the CI to a house on Bronson Street. When the CI parked, Link exited the house, approached the vehicle, leaned down to talk to the CI “for a very short amount of time,” and then walked away. Tr. Vol. II p. 45. The CI then proceeded to the pre-determined post-buy location where the CI met with police.
