On December 11, 2017, the State petitioned to have A.G. found a juvenile delinquent for committing what would be Level 6 felony intimidation if committed by an adult. On March 23, 2018, the juvenile court adjudicated A.G. a delinquent child after her admission to the allegation and placed A.G.
