Vol. II p. 178. Several other persons, including Lutz’s brother and nephew, arrived at approximately 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. After Lutz’s brother left with Lutz’s nephew, Lutz began yelling at K.T., accusing her of having flirted with his nephew. K.T. decided to return to her home, and asked Lutz’s roommate David French to take her.
