During the party, Kirby and Marantos got into an argument about a lost set of keys. After the argument turned physical, Marantos threw Kirby up against the refrigerator in the kitchen of the house before throwing Kirby outside onto the porch. He then threw Kirby over the porch railing onto the ground.
