In January of 2020, a CI told Detective McCamey that he was able to make a purchase of methamphetamine from Schaeffer. The CI also informed Detective McCamey that Schaeffer made trips to Indianapolis using an Altima to purchase upwards of one pound of methamphetamine at a time.
