Ramey, 175 N.E.3d 844 (Ind. Ct. App. 2021), trans. denied (“Day-Ping I”), which was handed down on August 20, 2021: Mother and Father were married April 25, 2014. Child was born November 13, 2014. Mother filed for dissolution on July 18, 2016. On September 28, 2016, the Department of Child Services (“DCS”) received a report that Mother was neglecting Child by allowing him to wander around Mother’s hair salon and play with a bottle of hair dye.
