Officer Souther watched as the Mercedes drove into the parking lot of Showgirl One, a bar, and parked. Officer Souther ran the license plate through dispatch and the license plate came back as being registered to an individual named Asllan Minga. After running the plate, Officers Souther and Fillers “left [the vehicle] alone” because “it was obviously at its destination.” Tr. Vol. II p.
