Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Brownfields Revitalization for a Better Tomorrow Act''. SEC. 2. BROWNFIELDS REVITALIZATION FUNDING. (a) Definition of Eligible Entity.--Section 104(k)(1)(I) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (42 U.S.C. 9604(k)(1)(I)) is amended by inserting ``or 501(c)(6)'' after ``section 501(c)(3)''. (b) Grants and Loans for Brownfield Remediation.--Section 104(k)(3)(A)(ii) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (42 U.S.C. 9604(k)(3)(A)(ii)) is amended by striking ``$500,000'' and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting ``$1,000,000 for each site to be remediated.''. (c) Multipurpose Brownfields Grants.--Section 104(k)(4)(B) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and
