Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Small Business Wildfire Smoke Recovery Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITION OF DISASTER. Section 3(k)(2) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632(k)(2)) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (B), by striking ``and'' at the end; (2) in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(D) smoke.''. <all>
