Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) Short Title.--This Act may be cited as the ``Dalilah's Law Act''. (b) Table of Contents.--The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents. (a) In General.--Chapter 2 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 40A the following: ``Sec. 40B. Use of commercial driver's licenses by illegal aliens in interstate commerce ``(a) Definitions.--In this section-- ``(1) the terms `commercial driver's license' and `commercial vehicle' have the meanings given such terms in section 31301 of title 49
