Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLES. This Act may be cited as the ``Ban Outsiders Openly Touting Sharia Law Act'' or the ``BOOT Sharia Law Act''. SEC. 2. BARS TO GOOD MORAL CHARACTER FOR PROTESTING AGAINST THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, OUR FORM OF GOVERNMENT, OR SUPPORTING SHARIA LAW. Section 101(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(f)), is amended-- (1) by inserting after paragraph (1) the following: ``(2) an alien who-- ``(A) adheres to, or has adhered to, Sharia law, or advocates, or has advocated for, the imposition or enforcement of Sharia law in a manner that would violate the rights of another person under the Constitution of the United States or under any Federal or State law; or ``(B) demonstrates, protests, riots, or participates in any demonstration, protest, riot, or other organized or ad hoc activity expressing or indicating support for any individ
