Lowey Community Learning Centers program for fiscal years 2026 through 2035, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Afterschool for All Act''. SEC. 2. EXPANDING THE COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTERS PROGRAM. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.--Section 4206 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7176) is amended by striking ``$1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2017'' and all that follows through ``2020'' and inserting ``$10,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2035, to remain available until expended''. (b) Amendment to Program Name.-- (1) In general.--The heading of part B of title IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7171 et seq.) is amended by striking
