Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TERMINATION OF ALL-DOMAIN ANOMALY RESOLUTION OFFICE. (a) Termination.-- (1) Requirement.--Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall-- (A) terminate the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office; and (B) transfer the functions of the Office to other elements of the Department of Defense as the Secretary determines appropriate. (2) Prohibition.--The Secretary may not establish within the Department of Defense, and the Director of National Intelligence may not establish within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, a single office or other entity similar to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office that exercises comprehensive or centralized authority over matters relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena. (3) Repeal.--Section 1683 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (50 U.S.C. 3373) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendments.-- (1) Accounting of security classificati
